... The building is handsome structure of modern type, and is faced with what is known as the Dundee freestone. It is centrally situated near the top of Dunkeld Street, and has been built 7 feet back from the line of street and 14 feet from the main road to allow ample room for vehicular traffic. The property belongs to Miss Cowper, postmistress, but the Post Office fittings have been provided by the Department, and are of a first-class description. The ground area of the Post Office about 900 square feet.
